中文摘要:

目前很多胶囊填充机在填充粘性药粉和流动性极端的药粉时，表现出较难控制装量精度的问题，而装量精度对药品的安全性是极其重要的。文章针对各类填充不易药粉的填充装量问题提出了多种改进的方法，如表面镀特殊防粘涂层的方法，加工特殊孔型的方法，添加锥体导流块和束流托盘的方法等，在现有设备的基础上有效地提高了胶囊药粉的装量精度，解决了填充不易药粉无法填充的重大难题，获得了很好的社会效益。

英文摘要:

Now many capsules filling machine can′t get good powder filling precision when they treat the powder with bad fluidity and glutinosity. As the powder-filling precision is very important for safety, This paper introduced many effective ways to improve it. These ways included surface coating, making special dosing hole, adding guiding cone and astricted salver and so on. These ways resolve the big problem about how to get good filling precision when filling bad property powder with significant society benefit.
