根据Navier Stocks方程和流体运动的连续性方程,建立了聚氨酯工具头/工件加工区压力场及速度场的理论模型。以FLUENT 6.3为计算平台进行仿真,结果表明流体动压力和速度最大值出现在聚氨酯工具头/工件的最小间隙区域,且随间隙变小梯度变化增大,在工具头边缘处存在压力侧漏现象,由于这一现象,导致在局部边缘处速度的增加。 |

The pressure field model and velocity field model between cylindrical polyurethane tool and workpiece were established based on Navier Stocks and continuity equation. The result of FLUENT 6.3 simulation investigated that the maximum dynamic pressure and velocity of fluid are generated in the minimum clearance of cylindrical polyurethane tool and workpiece and will be increased with the clearance gradient decreased. Side leakage of pressure exits at the edge of cylindrical polyurethane tool, which will bead velocity increased at partial edge. |
