对金刚石线锯制造中的喷覆装置进行了三维气固两相流数值模拟。在Euler坐标系中计算气相流场,在Lagrange坐标系下跟踪颗粒运动轨迹,考虑了颗粒之间碰撞,颗粒与壁面的碰撞,固相对气相的相互影响。数值模拟结果与实验吻合良好。模拟结果表明,多数颗粒为锯丝经过喷嘴时喷覆到锯丝上,只有少数经过壁面的碰撞反弹后粘到锯丝上。 |

3D numerical simulation was conducted to investigate the gas solid two phase flows in sand planting equipment. Calculated the gas phase flow field in Euler coordinate potentiometer, and tracked particles motion trace under the lagrange coordinate potentiometer; considered the collision between the particles, particle collision with the wall, solid phase and gas phase interaction affection; numerical simulation results were well coincident with experimental data. The simulation results show that the majority of particles were sprayed on the wire when the wire passed the nozzle, only a few through the collision with the wall then rebound to the wire saw. |
