基于已设计的机械及气动系统，选择欧姆龙公司CP1H X40DT D PLC研制纸箱包装机控制系统。并进行了I/O点分配、PLC外部接线图及程序控制流程图设计，实现了纸板供送、待装箱产品输送、纸箱装箱成形、喷胶封箱整形等工作过程的自动控制。[HTK]具有很高的可靠性和性价比。

英文摘要:

Based on the designed mechanical, pneumatic system,the paper selected CP1H X40DT D PLC to study control system of the carton packaging machine. The paper assigned I / O addresses value, designed PLC exterior circuit and program control flow chart thus realized the automatic control functions of the cardboard feeding and pre packaging product conveying, carton packaging forming, glue spraying, packaging sealing and shaping. This control system has realized high reliability and cost-effective.
