介绍了通过增加电火花线切割机电极丝系统刚度的方法降低电极丝振动的几种途径,提出了增设快速反应的气压式电极丝恒张力机构和双贮丝筒结构的阻尼负载脉宽调制闭环控制系统两种具体方法,并作了设计说明。前者以线架结构的改进为基础,在线架上增设恒张力机构以稳定电极丝张力;后者以双贮丝筒结构的电气控制方式改进为特点,以贮丝筒电磁阻尼的大小控制电极丝张力。2种方法均使运行中电极丝的张力保持恒定,减少振动,从而提高了电火花线切割机的加工质量。 |

This article introduced several solutions to reducing vibration of wire electrode of ED wire cutting machine by improving wire electrode system stiffness. The paper put forward two ways: adding quick response air pressure type constant tension system or PWM closed cycle control system with two wire storage tubes for damping to wire electrode. The former is based on improving wire frame, adding constant tension system to stabilize tensile force. The latter is specialized improving electric control system with controling the tensile force of wire electrode by adjusting the electromagnetic damping of wire storage tubes. Both ways can keep a constant tension and reduce vibration of wire electrode, accordingly improve the machining quality of wire electro discharge machine. |
