中文摘要:

使用冷转移活性染料压印装置可以显著改善冷转移印花的得色率，同时提高冷转移印花的产品质量和固色率，该压印装置采用上模电加热，下模活动双工位，加压冷堆方法使冷转印纸上的图案和文字冷转印。这种印染加工方法是一种新的工艺，环保，低碳，节能。经本冷转印机压印染色后的衣片色彩清晰。

英文摘要:

Using cold transfer pressing printing equipment, the color quality and color stability of apparel products are improved obviously. The machine has heating up mould, back and forth down mould with two working positions. It prints the photoes and words of the pressing active color dyeing paper onto the textiles. The process includes pressing, heating, transfer printing, and cooled reactor position. The cold transfer pressing printing technology is a new energy saving, low carbon and enviroment protection method. The printings' effects are showed with clear colors.
