采用动静压轴承的工作特点,分析和建立了微型动静压轴承工作时油膜数学模型。通过计算流体力学软件Fluent对螺旋油腔在低黏度介质中的仿真研究,得到出口截面的温度数据,并且分析了该轴承在静态和动态时的温度场和压力场分布情况。 |

Based on the working properties of hybrid bearing, this paper analyzed and set up the mathematical model of oil film of working micro hybrid bearing. Computational fluid dynamics software — Fluent was adapted to the simulation for spiral oil wedge in the low viscosity media. The distribution of average temperature in the outlet was obtaind and distribution of temperature field and the pressure field both in the dynamic state and static state were analyzed. |
