一种叠片定子与变径螺旋杆转子过滤浓缩器，采用叠片定子与变径螺旋杆转子组合的过滤浓缩形式，应用了变径螺旋杆推压装置，使过滤前通道的截面积随溶液浓度的增加、流量的减少而减小，变径螺旋杆在旋转时起到对过滤面进行实时清理和对溶液进行压力补充的作用，满足无间歇连续工作要求，可对包括胶状溶液在内的各种溶液甚至气体进行精密过滤与浓缩。

英文摘要:

This paper introduced a laminated stator and variable diameter screw rod filtering concentrator, which adopted the combined stator laminations and variable diameter screw rod rotor to form filtration and concentration, due to the application of the adjustable screw rod pushing device, so that the channel cross sectional area before filter decreases with increasing solution concentration, and reduced with the flow decreased, variable diameter screw rod plays the role to real time clean up the filtering surface and complement the solution pressure during rotation， thus can meet the requirements of without batch and continuous working, and also can be used in colloidal solution, the solution or even gas for precise filtration and concentration.
