从压力容器设计基本理论出发,遵照新的《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》及有关规定，对铸铁烘缸用主螺栓进行了受力分析,给出了详细的计算方法，除按强度计算外,还应作疲劳强度校核，通过受力分析，给出了全新的强度计算公式，不同于其它基于连接螺栓计算方法，由于提出残余预紧力估算，该项理论分析计算达到较高精度，由此为铸铁烘缸的设计及行业标准的修订奠定了基础。

英文摘要:

According to the basic theory of pressure vessel design, complying with Supervision Regulation on Safty Technology for Stationary Pressure Vessel and other rules, the paper proceeded the loading analysis of main bolts and derived the new calculate formula in detail. Different from other calculate method which based on joint bolts, the formula put forward the estimation of pre tighten force of main bolts, thus can derive this theoretical analysis with higher precision, therefore provides the base for the design of dryer and revision of industrial code.
