      隧道式洗衣龙设计在国内属于首创,根据国外经验,在多种布草传送中,底部传送需要的容积载荷比相对较小,需要合理设计布草传送叶片。利用圆柱螺旋线形成原理进行布草底部传送叶片设计,在保证布草顺利传送的前提下,获得较大的容积载荷比。经过布草在13仓隧道式洗衣龙多次洗涤实验分析,所有布草均能按照设定程序成功地从第一仓传送到最后一仓。圆柱螺旋传送叶片的应用在布草传送方面有重要的现实意义,除此之外,它在其它工业传送、搅拌等方面也有实际应用价值。
英文摘要:
      The design of tunnel washer is initiative in our country, according to foreign experience, compared with various linen conveyings, bottom conveying needs relatively small volume load ratio, so linen conveying blade needs a rational design. The design of the linen bottom conveying blade was based on the cylindrical helix formation principle, which confirms linen smooth conveying on premise, to obtain relatively big volume load ratio. Through experiment analysis of linen washing in the tunnel washer with13 barns, all the linen were transferred successfully form the first barn to the last barn according to the set program. The application of cylindrical helix conveying blade has important practical significance in linen transmission. In addition it has practical application value in other areas, such as industrial transfer, mixing, etc.
