      针对新型法兰迷宫式静密封,建立了热 流 固耦合数学模型;通过采用有限差分法求解密封圈温度和密封圈与法兰之间的液膜压力的控制方程组,采用有限元法求解密封圈的热、弹变形,对新型法兰迷宫式静密封进行了流、固、热耦合分析,研究了热弹变形对法兰密封性能的影响,并对其结构进行了优化设计。结果表明,新型法兰迷宫式静密封有很好的密封性能,迷宫密封可以逐级降低密封介质的压力,从而提高密封效果。密封圈的热弹性变形可以使密封圈和法兰端面之间更紧密地贴合,防止密封介质的泄漏。
英文摘要:
      Aiming at the new type flange with labyrinth static sealing, the paper set up a thermo fluid solid coupling mathematical model; the controlling equation set for seal temperature and liquid film pressure between seal and flange were solved by finite difference method; and seal′s heat, elastic, deformation by finite element method; carried out fluid, solid, thermo coupling analysis of new type flange with labyrinth static sealing; studied the impact of thermo elastic deformation on flange′s sealing function, as well as the optimum design of its structure. The results show that the new type labyrinth seal for flange has better seal performance; the labyrinth seal can gradually decrease the pressure of the seal medium, which can improve the seal performance; the thermo elastic deformation of the seal ring can make the seal and flange surface even more close match, thus can prevent seal material from leakage.
