人工切割金属编织软管存在诸多弊端,根据企业需求,设计自动切割机;首先根据切割机的功能分类,划分不同模块,借助SolidWorks软件对各个模块进行建模设计;根据每个模块的输入输出电控信号,利用PLC实现智能控制,同时为了更好实现的人机交互功能,系统中选取Eview触摸屏作为交互界面。通过PLC梯形图和HMI组态软件设计,把各个组成部分有机联系在一起,实现了机电一化智能设计。 |

As manual cutting of metal braided tube exists many disadvantages, it is imperative to design an automatically woven tube cutting machine. The paper started with the introduction of the classification, composition and function of the cutting machine, then with the help of SolidWork software to proceed the builtmold and design of each module . Based on input output electric control signals of each module, using PLC to realize smart control, at the same time, in order to better realize human computer interaction function,the system was selected Eview touching screen as interactive interface. Through PLC ladder diagram and HMI combined software design to organically link various components to realize the electromechanical integral smart design. |
