通过使用Fluent软件的Realizable K-ε湍流模型,对S弯内稀相气固两相流动特性进行三维数值模拟,并采用定
性分析的方法分析了固体颗粒对管道侵蚀的规律。结果表明:在S弯上游管段,管道内侧压力小速度大,管道外侧压力
大速度小;而在速度和压力的分布在S弯下游管段则与之相反。根据体积分数与冲蚀大小的关系,可以确定φ=0。截面
的外侧和φ= 90。截面的内侧颗粒对管道的侵蚀最严重。 |

The Realizable K-E models were used to simulate flow behavior of dilute-phase gas-solid two-phase flow in a
3D S-bend numerically and the influence of erosion in this section was evaluated qualitatively. The results show that the
pressure inside of pipe is higher than the outside of pipe while the speed of two phases inside of pipe is lower than
outside of pipe in the upstream piping. The distribution rule of pressure and flow velocity in downstream piping is against
to the upstream piping. It can conclude that the greatest erosion emerges in the section of cp =00 and cp =900. |
