在涉及有限元分析的多目标优化设计中,为满足多目标优化算法的数据需求,需要反复进行有限元分析计算,存
在设计工作繁琐,效率低的问题,为解决这一问题,提出了一种将有限元分析方法和多目标优化方法进行集成的设计方
法。该方法基于ABAQUS软件二次开发实现有限元分析,基于modeFRONTIER软件实现多目标优化和优化数据的后处
理工作,将两者集成在同一个优化工作流中来完成多目标优化设计。采用该方法对支架结构进行多目标优化设计,结果
表明该方法不但可行,而且可以大大简化优化设计工作步骤,实现了优化设计的自动化,提高了优化设计工作效率。该
方法可实现涉及有限元分析的多目标优化设计的自动化,为从事多目标优化设计工作者提供极大便利。 |

As with multi-objective optimization design ( MOOD ) involved finite element analysis, conducting finite
element analysis repeatedly is needed to satisfy the data requirement of multi-objective optimization algorithm, and this
makes the design work complicated and inefficient. To solve this problem. a method which made integration of finite
element analysis with multi-objective optimization method was proposed. As with this method. to achieve finite element
analysis based on ABAQUS secondary development. to achieve MOOD and data post processing based on
modeFRONTIER. made integration of ABAQUS with modeFRONTIER in the same work flow to achieve the MOOD.
Used this method to conduct MOOD of scaffold. the result shows that this method is available and the design procedure
is simplified. the design automation is achieved. the design efficiency is improved. This method realizes the MOOD
involved finite element analysis automatically and provideds great convenience for the MOOD workers. |
