      针对残膜回收后田间焚烧既污染大气环境又破坏土壤生态,松散状态下运输效率低,易随风飘落,造成二次污染等问题,笔者提出了残膜打包处理方案。基于传统打包技术,根据残膜特性,设计了一种田间残膜压缩打包装置,作为残膜捡拾机的配套装置,通过液压压缩机构和穿针式打捆系统实现了残膜的田间压缩与打包作业。开发设计的残膜压缩打包装置简单可靠,使用方便,生产效率适应作业需求,能够有效缩小残膜体积,提高残膜储运效率,同时还便于残膜回收利用的后续处理。
英文摘要:
      The burning of residual film in the field not only pollutes the atmosphere, but also destroys the soil ecology. Due to the residual film is light and debris, it is easy for film of flying during the process of storage and transportation. It causes serious second pollution. In order to solve the problem, the paper put forward a plan for the packing of the residual film. Based on the traditional packaging technology, according to the characteristics of the residual film, a field residual film compression packaging device was designed. As a supporting device of residual film collecting machine, it completed the compression and packing operation of the residual film by the hydraulic compression mechanism and needle type bundling system. The design and development of the residual film compression packaging device is simple and reliable, easy to use, production efficiency meet the operational needs. It can effectively reduce the residual film volume, improve the efficiency of storage and transportation. Meanwhile, it can facilitate the subsequent treatment of residual film recycling.
