      模具型腔形状各异、深浅不一,难以获得均匀的模具型腔温度场,影响了成型塑件的尺寸精度和力学特性。课题组采用基于线性叠加原理的热传导反演算 法,反求模具加热系统的热源强度;根据模具加热系统的传热机理,建立模具加热系统正演和反演问题的数学模型;设计尺寸各异的一模两腔反应成型模具,开 发多通道模温控制系统,搭建测温实验平台,测温结果表明型腔表面在同一时刻的温差均未达到行业标准;根据BMC反应成型塑料的成型工艺要求,改进模具加 热工艺,获得各热管的热源强度函数,作为热传导多源项反演的输入条件,结果表明型腔温度场达到行业标准。根据反演获得的热源强度函数,再次进行实验, 实验结果与数值模拟结果吻合较好,从而验证了基于线性热传导叠加原理的多源项反演算法对优化多型腔模具的温度场均匀性是有效的,且具有普适性。
英文摘要:
      Due to the different shapes and depth of the multiple cavity mould,it is difficult to obtain uniform temperature distribution of the cavity, which affects the dimensional accuracy and mechanical characteristic of the plastic forming parts. The multiple source inversion algorithm with the linear superposition principle for the heat conduction of the mould heating system was proposed. By studying the heat conduction mechanism of the mould heating system, the mathematical model of heating system was divided into two parts: the positive problem and the multiple source heat conduction inversion problem. Then the multiple cavities of the polymer curing reaction mould was designed and the experiment platform was built. The experiment results show that the temperature difference between the two cavity surfaces does not meet the industry standard at the same time. According to the uniformity requirement of the target temperature field, the mould heating process of BMC is improved. The heat source strength functions are obtained as the initial heat source boundary condition for the secondary inversion. The secondary inversion results show that the uniformity of the mould cavity temperature field meets the requirement and the heating efficiency has been also improved greatly. To verify the generality of the proposed inversion algorithm, the experiment platform of the multiple cavity mould is also designed and tested and good inversion results are achieved.
