      针对目前快递纸箱普遍依赖人工包装导致效率低的问题,设计了新型快递纸箱合页机构。采用阶梯轴结构和步进电机,实现合页机构的驱动功能;采用凸 轮和连杆机构,设计了合页机构的传动和执行部分;利用SolidWorks2014软件1:1建立合页机构的三维模型,解决了机构的干涉问题,并结合ANSYS软件实现合页机 构的稳定运行;采用机器人正逆运动学理论分析合页机构中各关节之间的位置和姿态。应用结果表明合页机构具有安全、省力及能耗低等优点,能提高快递纸箱 的包装效率,并可有效降低工人的劳动强度。
英文摘要:
      Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and labor force, the paper put forward the joint mechanism of the expressage carton. The driving function of the joint mechanism was realized by using the step shaft structure and stepping motor; the transmission and execution parts of the joint mechanism were designed with CAM and connecting rod mechanism; adopted SolidWorks2014 software 1[DK]∶1 to establish a three dimensional model of the joint mechanism to solve the interference problem of the mechanism and realized the stability of joint mechanism by combining the ANSYS software. By using the theory of positive and inverse kinematics of the robot, the position and posture of the joints in the joint mechanism were analyzed. The application results show that the joint mechanism has the advantages of safety, energy saving and low energy consumption, which can improve the packaging efficiency of the express carton, and can effectively reduce the labor intensity of the workers.
