针对目前电磁感应蒸气发生器蒸发量小、出气速度慢等问题,设计了一种新型的喷雾式电磁感应蒸气发生器。课题组把喷雾技术应用到电磁感应加热蒸气
发生器中,将打入锅炉的水变成水雾,水雾碰到热的炉体瞬间变成蒸气,改变了原有的补水方式,提高了出汽的速度。对喷雾式电磁感应蒸气发生器的喷雾部分
和锅炉炉体进行了结构设计和计算分析,并对锅炉炉体进行了强度校核。实验结果表明:设备运行稳定,与电磁感应蒸气发生器相比,蒸气量有所提升,适于推

In view of the problems of low evaporation rate and slow outgassing speed of electromagnetic induction steam generator at present, a new type of
spray electromagnetic induction steam generator was designed. The research group applied spray technology to electromagnetic induction heating steam generator, turned water into water
mist, the water mist suddenly turned into steam when it met the hot furnace, changing the original way of replenishing water, increased the speed of steam. In this paper, the structure design
and calculation of the spray part of the spray electromagnetic induction steam generator and the boiler body were designed and analyzed, the strength of the boiler body was checked, the
reliability of the design was determined. The experimental comparison shows that the operation of equipment is stable. Compared with electromagnetic induction steam generator, steam
volume increases, it is suitable for extension. |
