为了明确高压侧压力对CO2热泵系统性能的影响以及验证经验公式的正确性,根据CO2的热力循环,设计了一套跨临界二氧化碳热
泵系统;通过调节充注量,改变系统高压侧压力,计算系统的制热性能系数,来确定高压侧最优压力,然后与经验公式计算的理论值进行对比。结果发现:实验
测得的高压侧最优压力与经验理论值相差不超过15%,尤其是在产热水温度超过65 ℃之后,误差进一步缩小到5%以内。试验台的搭建较为合理。 |

In order to identify the effect of high side pressure on the performance of the CO2 heat pump system and to verify the correctness of the
empirical formula, a cross critical CO2 heat pump system was designed according to the thermodynamic cycle of CO2. By adjusting the filling amount and changing high
side pressure, the thermal performance coefficient of the system was calculated to determine the optimal pressure of high side. Then the experimental value and theoretical value were
compared. Results show that the difference between the experimental and and theoretical value is less than 15%, especially when hot water temperature is over 65 ℃, the error is further
reduced to less than 5%. The construction of test bench is reasonable. |
