      在聚丙烯腈基碳纤维生产过程中,喷丝头喷出的原丝存在断裂、缠结和均匀性差的现象,课题组在喷丝头原有矩形分配板的基础上,进行结构优化设计。在保持开孔率不变情况下,改进了分配板上孔的分布和结构尺寸;在平板结构基础上,增加导流锥体。提出一种喷丝头内部流场均匀性的评价方法。基于流体动力学分析软件FLUENT,采用Laminar层流模型和多孔阶跃模型,对使用不同分配板结构的喷丝头进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明:优化后的矩形分配板能够有效提高喷丝头内流场的均匀度,其速度分布曲线接近出丝良好的圆形喷丝头流速分布曲线。模拟结果对改善矩形截面碳纤维原丝出丝和矩形分配板结构喷丝头内流场研究具有一定参考意义。
英文摘要:
      Aiming at the phenomenon of polyacrylonitrile based carbon fiber production in a petrochemical company, the polyacrylonitrile original silk were broken, entangled, and the uniformity was poor. The research team optimized the structure based on the rectangular distribution plate originally used by the Spinneret. The hole distribution and structure size of the distribution board were optimized while maintaining the same hole ratio. On the basis of the flat structure, a diversion cone was added. A method for evaluating the uniformity of the flow field inside the spinneret was proposed. Based on the fluid dynamics analysis software FLUENT, a Laminar flow model and a porous step model were used to carry out numerical simulations of the spinnerets using different distribution plate structures. The simulation results show that the optimized design of the rectangular distribution plate can effectively improve the uniformity of the flow field in the spinneret, and its velocity distribution curve is close to the velocity distribution curve of the circular spinneret with good spinning. The simulation results have certain reference significance for improving the flow field of carbon fiber precursors with rectangular cross section and the flow field in the spinneret with rectangular distribution board structure.
