      为提升数值模拟预测离心风机性能结果的准确性,课题组考虑了进入离心风机气体的密度变化,对标准κ-ε湍流模型进行修正,使其平均计算误差降低到7%以内。针对小型多翼离心风机叶片出口速度分布特征,借助改进后的数值计算模型,对传统尾迹相似模型进行简化处理,采用周向距离及速度参数等无量纲因子对叶片速度尾迹分布进行曲线拟合,并结合拟合曲线形状实现多翼离心风机叶片尾缘结构的改型设计。研究结果表明:改型后风机叶片尾缘尾迹脱落面积缩小,同时由于蜗壳内旋涡强度及其影响区域减小,风机性能得到提升,其中小流量工况点及设计工况附近静压值提升约36 Pa,最高全压效率提高约2.8%。
英文摘要:
      In order to improve the accuracy of the numerical simulation prediction of the performance results of the centrifugal fan, the standard turbulence model was modified by considering the density change of the gas entering the centrifugal fan to reduce the average calculation error to within 7%.Aiming at the distribution characteristics of blade speeds of small multi wing centrifugal fans, with the help of improved numerical calculation models, the traditional wake similarity model was simplified, and dimensionless factors such as circumferential distance and speed parameters were used to perform curve fitting on the blade speed wake distribution combined with the fitting curve shape, the modified design of the trailing edge structure of the multi wing centrifugal fan blade was realized.The research results show that after the modification, the trailing edge trailing area of the fan blade is reduced, and the performance of the fan is improved due to the reduction of the vortex strength in the volute and its area of influence. The static pressure value at the small flow operating point and near the design condition is increased by 36 Pa, and the highest total pressure efficiency is improved by about 2.8%.
