四面体单元可用于具有不规则柔性构件的多体系统动力学仿真,因此课题组基于拉格朗日方程研究了绝对节点坐标(ANCF)四面体单元体积坐标下的动力学模型。基于四面体单元中笛卡尔坐标与体积坐标的关系,构建了用体积坐标表示的动能和应变能,将其代入拉格朗日方程建立了运动微分方程。通过静动态实例分析了所建ANCF四面体单元动力学模型的收敛性和精度。与ABAQUS软件四面体单元进行比较,结果显示:ANCF四面体单元的精度高于ABAQUS四面体一次单元,随着单元数增加,精度可与二次四面体单元一致。 |

Tetrahedral element can be used in the dynamic simulation of multi body system with irregular flexible components. The dynamic model of tetrahedral element in absolute nodal coordinate formulation(ANCF) was studied based on Lagrange equation. Based on the relationship between Cartesian coordinates and volume coordinates in tetrahedral element, the kinetic energy and strain energy expressed by volume coordinates were constructed, and the differential equation of motion was established by substituting them into Lagrange equation. The convergence and accuracy of the dynamic model of ANCF tetrahedral element were analyzed by static and dynamic examples. Compared with ABAQUS tetrahedral element, the results show that the accuracy of ANCF tetrahedral element is higher than that of ABAQUS tetrahedral primary element, and with the increase of the number of elements, the precision can be consistent with that of the quadric tetrahedral elements. |
