      为了改善三偏心蝶阀的流通性能,课题组应用计算流体动力学技术,建立了三偏心蝶阀的数学模型。借助数学模型对三偏心蝶阀进行了流场模拟,获得了蝶阀内部压力和速度的分布情况,并且通过计算获得了蝶阀的流量系数和流阻系数;分析了蝶阀的3个偏心值对流量系数和流阻系数的影响。研究结果表明轴向偏心对于蝶阀的流通性能影响较小,其流通性能主要受到径向偏心和角偏心的影响。通过正交试验法对3个偏心值进行了优化,获得了蝶阀的最佳3个偏心值的组合方案,该方案增加了流量系数,降低了流阻系数,提高了蝶阀的流通性能。
英文摘要:
      In order to improve the flow performance of tri eccentric butterfly valve, the mathematical model of the tri eccentric butterfly valve was established by using the computational fluid dynamics. The internal flow field of the tri eccentric butterfly valve was simulated based on the established model, and the distribution of the internal pressure and speed of the butterfly valve was obtained. The flow coefficient and flow resistance coefficient of the butterfly valve were calculated and obtained. The influence of three eccentric values of butterfly valve on flow coefficient and flow resistance coefficient was studied and analyzed. The results show that the axial eccentricity has little effect on the flow performance of the butterfly valve, and the flow performance is mainly affected by the radial eccentricity and the angular eccentricity. The three eccentricity values are optimized through the orthogonal test and the best combination scheme of the three eccentricity values of the butterfly valve is obtained, which increases the flow coefficient, reduces the flow resistance coefficient and improves the flow performance of the butterfly valve.
