      为实现较厚块状物品的快速包装与封口,在分析现有枕式包装机封口部件包装较厚物品存在的干涉、褶皱等不足基础上,课题组提出了面向较厚块状物品包装的中间折叠枕式包装封口工艺。基于多机构协同控制理论,建立了旋转往复式横封机构的运动学模型,设计了封口部件的工作循环图,设计了纵封器的拉膜、预热与辊封机构,设计了旋转往复式横封机构;基于理论分析与工艺研究,集成设计了一种新型的面向较厚物品包装的枕式封口部件。该封口部件具有适用包装尺寸大、封合质量好、封口速度快等优点。新型封口部件已在企业的枕式包装机上推广应用。
英文摘要:
      In order to realize the fast packaging and sealing of thicker block items, the existing pillow packaging machine sealing parts were analyzed for the deficiencies of interference and wrinkles in packaging thicker items, and an intermediate folding pillow packaging sealing process was proposed for the packaging of thicker block items. Based on the multi agency cooperative control theory, the kinematic model of rotary reciprocating cross sealing mechanism was established; the working cycle diagram of sealing parts was designed; the film pulling, preheating and roll sealing mechanism of longitudinal sealer were designed, and the rotary reciprocating cross sealing mechanism was designed. Based on the theoretical analysis and process research, a new type of pillow sealing parts for thicker packages was designed, which has the advantages of large package size, good sealing quality and fast sealing speed.The new type of pillow sealing part has been popularized and applied in the pillow packaging machine of enterprises.
