      为了探究胶铆接头在交变载荷下的疲劳特性,课题组采用DP780和6061 T6铝合金的胶铆接头进行疲劳试验。通过对胶铆接头施加不同载荷水平的疲劳实验,并基于最小二乘法对胶铆接头的疲劳数据进行拟合,对铆接和胶铆2种接头断口的微观形貌和磨损区域磨屑化学元素的质量分数进行了对比分析。结果表明:胶铆接头的中、高疲劳循环寿命随着载荷水平的降低而呈线性增加,相同疲劳载荷水平下,胶铆接头比铆接接头有更长的疲劳寿命;2种接头的疲劳失效均为一侧疲劳失效,一侧韧性断裂。与铆接接头相比,胶接与铆接技术的结合改善了胶铆接头的受力状况,改变了接头疲劳初始裂纹萌生的位置,使得胶铆接头疲劳寿命得到提高。
英文摘要:
      In order to study the fatigue characteristics of rubber riveted joints under alternating loads, the fatigue tests of DP780 and 6061 T6 aluminum alloy were carried out. The relationship between tensile shear force and fatigue life of rubber riveted joints was obtained by least square method through fatigue tests of rubber riveted joints under different load levels. SEM and EDS were used to compare the microstructure of the fracture and the chemical element content of abrasive chips in the wear area of riveting and rubber riveted joints. The results show that the medium and high fatigue life of the rubber riveted joints increases linearly with the decrease of the load level, and the fatigue life of the rubber riveted joints is higher than that of the riveted joints under the same fatigue load level. The fatigue failure of both joints is one side fatigue failure and one side ductile fracture. Compared with riveted joint,the combination of bonding and riveting technology of rubber riveted joint improves the stress state of the joint, changes the location of the initial fatigue crack initiation of joints and makes the rubber riveted joints have better fatigue performance.
