针对碳纤维复合材料在传统钻削过程中存在钻削轴向力过大和制孔质量差的问题,笔者提出了超声振动辅助磨削制孔工艺。该工艺在制孔时磨头既绕自身轴线自转又绕孔中心轴线做圆锥摆动公转,同时在磨头轴向施加超声振动;分析了制孔工艺下刀具的运动轨迹,研究了制孔工艺过程中的切削力、切削温度的变化情况;利用扫描电镜对孔出入口处的加工质量进行观测分析。结果表明:超声振动辅助磨削制孔能有效降低制孔轴向力和切削温度;制孔出口处的纤维撕裂、分层和毛刺等缺陷显著减少,孔壁表面也未出现明显的纤维拔出现象。超声振动辅助磨削制孔工艺为碳纤维复合材料的高质量制孔提供了一种新方案。 |

Aiming at the problems of excessive axial force and poor hole making quality in the traditional drilling process of carbon fiber composites, the author proposed an ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding hole making process. In this process, the rotation of the grinding head around its own axis and the rotation of the conical swing of the grinding head around the center axis of the hole were involved, while ultrasonic vibration in the axial direction of the grinding head was applied. The motion trajectory of the tool under the hole making process was analyzed, the changes of cutting force and cutting temperature during the hole making process were studied, and the processing quality at the entrance and exit of the hole was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding can effectively reduce the axial force and cutting temperature of hole making. The defects such as fiber tearing, delamination and burr at the outlet of the hole are significantly reduced, and no obvious fiber pull out phenomenon is observed on the surface of the hole wall. The ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding hole making process provides a new scheme for high quality hole making of carbon fiber composites. |
