中文摘要:

为实现零组件的智能装配设计，提出了基于CATIA二次开发的零组件智能装配的方法。通过对模型装配元素进行发布，查找装配特征，创建装配基准和参考元素并自动建立装配约束，实现在CATIA环境下同批号零组件的智能装配，大大减轻了设计人员的工作强度，提高了装配效率，缩短了产品开发周期。该研究在实践中取得了很好的应用效果。

英文摘要:

ln order to achieve the automatic assembly design, a method of automatic assembly based on secondary development with CATIA was proposed. Through pulishing the assembly elements of part, searching assembly feature and establishing constraints automatically realized automatic assembly with same part number in CATIA. The study of automatic assembly achieves good results in the practical application. saves designers labor.enhances assembly efficiency and shortens the product development cycle.
